Ecuador: Inflation rises in October
Consumer prices rose 0.5% over the previous month in October (September: 0.0%), reflecting higher prices for transport, food and non-alcoholic beverages, restaurants and hotels, and recreation and culture.
Meanwhile, inflation came in at 0.5%, contrasting September’s 0.1% fall in prices. Lastly, the annual average variation in consumer prices remained at 0.3% October.
