Denmark: Business confidence stabilizes in September
September 29, 2015
In September, the business confidence indicator developed by Statistics Denmark (DST) was stable at August’s minus 7 points. The indicator is still resting well below the 0-point threshold, which indicates that pessimists outnumber optimists.
According to DST, September’s reading came mainly on the back of a decrease in production expectations. On the other hand, total backlogs improved and completed inventories rose in September.
