Denmark: Business confidence reaches positive territory in June

In June, the seasonally adjusted manufacturing confidence indicator elaborated by Statistics Denmark (DST) rose to 2 points from the minus 6 points observed in May. As a result, the index is now above the 0-point threshold that separates optimistic from pessimistic territory.
According to DST, order books improved the most over the previous month, followed by production expectations for the next three months.
FocusEconomics Consensus Forecast panellists expect gross fixed investment to reach 1.4% in 2013, which is down 0.6 percentage points from last month's forecasts. For 2014, panellists expect an expansion of 2.8%.
