Chile: Consumer confidence records worst reading since October 2021 in September

Consumer confidence fell to 88.8 in September from August's 91.8. September's result marked the weakest sentiment since October 2021 and indicated pessimism among consumers.
The figure was driven by weaker sentiment regarding current conditions, while sentiment regarding future conditions improved somewhat but stayed downbeat.
