Sales and Sales Operations Intern
Note: We are looking for intern candidates who can start work asap
We are a small economics research firm founded in 1998 located in Barcelona, Spain. We are a team of 30 people from all over the world. The Sales Intern supports the Sales Departments in day-to-day activities. We see this position as a starting point on a path toward a career in the company, so ideally candidates should be in the last year of university.
Responsibilities
- Find prospect accounts and contacts based on ideal client profile
- Build target account list
- Reach out to key contacts via social media and e-mail and engage decision makers using sample research and marketing assets
- Work with Salesforce.com to update prospect and deal data
- Identify social media groups and forums and participate in the debate to increase brand exposure
- Track success of different approaches via CRM reports and report back
- Develop ideas to improve the different ways in which sales reaches out to prospects
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English; other languages are a plus
- Commercially focused with the ability to identify business opportunities based on target criteria
- Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM a plus
