The economy is showing signs of resilience. In August, economic activity picked up 4.4%, which exceeded the 3.7% increase recorded in July. Moreover, the manufacturing sector remains strong, with the October PMI at 53.6 points, which indicates that the sector continues to expand. In contrast, consumer confidence slid to 90.6 points in October, which marked the lowest level since May.
