Economic activity eased in August to a 4.5% expansion from a 4.8% increase in July, on the back of slower growth in the agricultural sector. Consensus Forecast panellists anticipate the economy will expand 3.3% this year. For 2012, the panel expects economic growth to accelerate to 3.6%, which is unchanged from last month’s forecast.
