The Lithuanian economy remained resilient in the last quarter of 2011, with GDP increasing 4.3% year-on-year, according to the flash estimate released on 30 January. However, the print came in below the strong 6.7% expansion recorded in the previous quarter. The economy grew 5.8% in the full year 2011.
