Indonesia: Inflation comes in at highest level since May in October

Consumer prices rose 0.12% over the previous month in October, swinging from September’s 0.04% fall. October’s uptick was the highest reading since May.

Inflation came in at 1.7% in October, up from September’s 1.6%. October’s reading was the highest inflation rate since May. Annual average inflation was unchanged at September’s 1.5% in October. Lastly, core inflation was also unchanged, coming in at September’s 1.3% in October.
