Denmark: Manufacturing production bounces back in November
Manufacturing output grew 2.4% month-on-month in seasonally-adjusted terms in November (October: -2.7% mom). Looking at the details of the release, the rebound chiefly reflected investment goods output expanding by over 17% in November, swinging from the prior months over 6% decline.
On a seasonally adjusted annual basis, manufacturing production rose at a faster rate of 12.3% in November (October: +10.5% yoy). Accordingly, annual average manufacturing production growth rose to 14.2% in November (October: +14.1%), signaling an improving trend in the manufacturing sector.
